Equity
Pinnacle Prep has sought to proactively help students in need since its inception, and you can read about programs we are proud to have implemented on this page.Pinnacle Prep believes that Black Lives Matter. We are committed to being an actively anti-racist company in support of basic human rights and are taking concrete actions to combat systemic racism. In 2020, we doubled our pro bono work with a goal of providing approximately $20,000 per year in scholarships to people of color in need. We also helped start a new nonprofit, At The Table, to assist students in New York City foster care, over half of whom are African American. We are committed to providing At the Table advisory and fiscal support over the coming years. Internally, we are seeking ways to encourage more people of color to apply for jobs at Pinnacle Prep. We are still learning and want to improve. If you have any thoughts on the matter, please reach out.

Pro bono tutoring
Since 2004, Pinnacle Prep has partnered with several schools in the tri-state area to provide free and reduced-cost test prep to students who would otherwise be unable to afford tutoring.

Our pro bono work has helped students in need raise their scores and gain admission to some of the nation’s most prestigious colleges and universities. If your school is interested in participating, please call our office to discuss options.

At the Table
In 2020, Pinnacle Prep helped found At the Table, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing students in foster care with the same quality education that Pinnacle Prep gives to its students.

At the Table provides long term tutoring by caring mentors. Its goal is to build a future in which every young person in foster care gets a good education, believes in their ability and potential, and is connected to people who support their dreams. It is the vision of a former Pinnacle Prep tutor, and Pinnacle Prep provides legal and financial support for the organization.
